Please allow 2-3 weeks. During holiday seasons, please order early so
that we can accommodate you.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly replace any product that has been damaged during
shipping.  You may return the product within 14 days of your receipt date for an exchange.  No exchanges will be given for opened CDs.  Please contact us at (805) 927-1678 or e-mail us at info@thatphillysound.com to advise us of the problem so we may remedy the situation.  We do not offer refunds.
